SWAG 1 O*Net Ability Questionnaire
The O*NET Ability Questionnaire was developed to facilitate the identification of abilities required in several mainstream occupations. There are 26 occupations represented, each with an Ability Questionnaire page. The client reviews the questionnaire and determines whether or not the ability is demanded in the client’s job and next rates his or her current level of ability. The 12 most important abilities for each occupation are included in each questionnaire, with the importance of each ability is represented on a scale that ranges from zero to 100, using the O*NET database.
